ISTQB.org just launched their latest version of ISTQB at the 21st of April 2023.
Trifork Quality Intelligence have already finalished our training materials for the newest version and are waiting for it to be accredited. We are looking forward to offer our clients the 4.0 version just after the summer.

Note the official deadline for the previously verion is as follows: Exams based on the CTFL v3.1 syllabus will be available until 9th May 2024 for English exams and 9th November 2024 for all other languages (this also applies to retakes of CTFL v3.1 exams).
