In collaboration with Safe Journey, we are launching with no fewer than four SAFe® courses added to our course portfolio.
Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) is a framework for implementing agile, lean, and DevOps practices at scale. It is one of the most recognized frameworks for agile development in large organizations.
Leading SAFe®
The Leading SAFe® course provides an introduction and overall understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework at an enterprise level for leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and similar roles.
You will gain an understanding of how to drive and implement an agile transformation to realize the value of SAFe in your organization, including how to:

SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management
In this course, you will learn the key elements of Lean and agile portfolio management that connect strategy and execution, as well as how Lean Portfolio Management fits into the SAFe framework overall.
You will gain insight into how to manage funding and governance dynamically, how to establish visions and roadmaps, and how to ensure cross-silo collaboration by organizing around business value.

SAFe® for Teams
This course provides an introduction to how multiple agile teams can collaborate and coordinate to deliver a complete solution within an Agile Release Train (ART). The course is relevant for all roles within agile teams.
You will gain a general understanding of the entire SAFe® framework, team roles, and how the team contributes to the ART. You will learn how to work within iterations and Program Increments (PIs).

SAFe® Agile Software Engineering
This course provides you with the competencies needed to deliver high-quality software solutions faster and with greater predictability.
You will learn about modern principles and practices such as XP, BDD, and TDD. You will gain an understanding of how to build a team environment and infrastructure to support test-first principles, and how to build quality into the entire Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
Dates: January 17–18, 2022 + January 24–25, 2022 (4-day evening course)
