The Product Owner role is crucial for success in IT development using Scrum. We have therefore launched a new practically oriented course where you gain knowledge and extensive hands-on training in the tools that contribute to the success of the Product Owner, the project, and the business.
Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, you will understand the Product Owner role and have practiced the fundamental techniques. You will gain the understanding and toolbox needed to optimize business value throughout the entire product lifecycle.

- You will gain a Product Owner toolbox to create a product vision and a Product Roadmap
- Create a release plan and the first version of a prioritized Product Backlog
- Write User Stories, break them down, and prepare them for a sprint
- Maintain focus on business value throughout the entire process
- Ensure quality in both the product and the process
- Receive tips and tricks to help you avoid the most common pitfalls as a Product Owner
Target Audience
You currently work or are about to work in the role of Product Owner, or you are a Scrum Master, project manager, development manager, marketing manager, or hold another role that wants to better understand how to make the Product Owner role successful. Prior Scrum experience is not required, but it is an advantage. You are expected to have experience with IT projects and understand the basic concepts and challenges related to IT system development.
