We have chosen to expand our course portfolio within the agile domain with the courses Certified Agile Essentials and Certified Agile Business Analyst.
Both courses are accredited by the organization iSQI®, which also offers the Certified Agile Tester certification. Both courses are two days in duration and conclude with a multiple-choice exam.
Certified Agile Business Analyst
The iSQI® Certified Agile Business Analyst course provides a thorough introduction to the daily work of a Business Analyst in an agile context. The course introduces a selection of techniques that align well with the agile approach and philosophy.
The course offers a practical approach to agile theory and provides, among other things, the following benefits:
- Appreciate the principles behind the Agile Manifesto and the agile approach to software development
- Understand the role of the Business Analyst in agile development
- Perform business analysis in an agile context
- Apply analysis techniques in agile projects
- Estimation and planning
- Understand the importance of effective sprint reviews and how to contribute to continuous process improvement through retrospectives
The course will be held for the first time on January 9–11, 2018 in Ballerup and January 30–31, 2018 in Aarhus.
Certified Agile Essentials
Certified Agile Essentials is a course focusing on the fundamental elements of an agile project. The course is relevant for all roles within an agile team. Participants gain a practical understanding of agile theory and, among other things, the following outcomes:
- Appreciate the principles behind the Agile Manifesto and the agile approach to software development
- Understand the roles within an agile team
- Understand how to contribute effectively as a member of an agile team
- Apply testing methods to ensure that acceptance criteria are fulfilled
- Understand the importance of effective sprint reviews and how to contribute to continuous process improvement through retrospectives
The course will be held for the first time on October 24–25, 2017 in Ballerup and December 11–12 in Aarhus.
