Before specializing in testing and quality assurance within an agile team, you should have a solid understanding of the basic concepts, principles, methods, and techniques within testing in general. We therefore always recommend completing either Fundamentals of Software Testing or ISTQB Foundation before moving on to agile courses.
Once you have mastered the basic testing concepts, you will have a better foundation for understanding how to apply them in an agile context. It should be noted that for many of our agile courses, prior testing experience is not a requirement—this is simply a general recommendation.
