Webinar: It’s Never Too Early to Test

Shift left, test early — nothing new, right? Or is it? Are we really doing it? And just how far “left” are we actually shifting? To build the right product with the right quality, we likely need to shift even further left than we have before.

Every product starts as someone’s idea. It might be a good idea, but it still needs to be challenged, validated, and its value defined. Testing should be involved already at this early stage to ensure the right questions are being asked.

In my experience, many projects run into trouble due to poor quality in the business case, the overall solution design, or the user stories created in the initiation phase. We simply don’t validate the solution up front, which causes problems once development begins.

We need to start testing much earlier—long before most testers are traditionally involved.

Webinar Topics

In this webinar, we’ll explore what happens before the backlog is created, and how we can help validate the solution up front using methods like:

  • Pretotyping
  • Personas
  • Storyboards
  • Feature injection
  • And much more

Let’s shift the focus to building the right solution with the right quality—from the very beginning.
