In light of the recent developments in the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Trifork QI is doing everything we can to ensure that our employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders take the necessary precautions to minimize the risk of infection and further transmission. Trifork QI continuously updates our guidelines to ensure that customers and employees feel safe, to protect our company and working environment, and not least to ensure that we, as a company, do not contribute to the spread of either panic or the virus itself. Overall, as a company, we follow the general recommendations from the WHO, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, and local authorities. The guidelines we follow are:
1. Hygiene – Best Practice
- Follow hygiene recommendations: wash your hands frequently and/or use hand sanitizer / disinfectant gel.
- Disinfectant gel is available in common areas at Trifork QI and at Trifork QI’s course locations.
- Cough or sneeze into your sleeve.
- Hygiene posters have been placed throughout Trifork QI’s office and training facilities.
2. Guests and Course Participants

- Take appropriate precautions regarding greetings and physical contact (meetings, training sessions, etc.). Consider waving “hello” and “goodbye” instead of hugging or shaking hands.
- Until the authorities recommend otherwise, we do not see an issue with gathering (e.g., for training sessions and meetings), provided that sections 1 and 2 are observed.

3. Course Cancellations
If, as a preventive measure against COVID-19, you need to cancel your participation in a registered course, please contact kompetencecenter@testhuset.dk to arrange further details.
