General Guidelines
- Trifork QI’s courses are affected by the assembly ban of a maximum of 5 persons. Individuals present as a natural or necessary part of performing their work, such as speakers, catering staff, etc., are not included in the total number of attendees.
- All participants are required to present documentation of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival, in accordance with official recommendations. This must be presented on the first day of the course.
- All training rooms are arranged to minimize the spread of infection. This means that seating follows at least the minimum distance guidelines issued by the health authorities.
- The stricter rules regarding the use of face masks in indoor public areas apply. As a participant, you must wear a face mask upon arrival, when moving around the venue, inside the training room, and in the restaurant during lunch. You may remove your mask only when seated.
General Measures Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
- Hand sanitizer and informational signage are available in all rooms. Shared contact points and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, as well as individual workstations (e.g., computers and keyboards during IT training).
- Breakfast, mid-morning, and afternoon snacks are served near the training room. Lunch is served in the restaurant. All participants are provided with a face mask before lunch.
- Group work during courses is minimized.
- To minimize the spread of infection, participants are asked to take course materials home between training days so that the room can be cleaned. Instructors and course staff are instructed to maintain and guide participants in accordance with the established guidelines.
- All participants are also provided with personal hand sanitizer during the course.
- Instructors and staff are regularly tested for COVID-19.
Cancellation and Transfer to a New Date
In the event of new restrictions, illness, or similar circumstances, Trifork QI offers flexible options for transferring to a new course date or converting to an online format. If you experience symptoms, please do not attend the course. Instead, contact kompetencecenter@testhuset.dk to discuss available options.
Company Courses
It is possible to arrange courses exclusively for employees of a single company, provided all other guidelines regarding space requirements, access to hand sanitizer, etc., are followed. Please contact us to learn more about the possibilities.
Plenty of Online Courses
There are many opportunities to participate in online programs at Trifork QI – both certification courses and practical, hands-on training. Our online courses involve a high level of participant engagement through group exercises, individual assignments, and plenary discussions. You will also receive the materials physically in advance, making it easy to take notes during the training.
