We are very pleased that Trifork QI has been selected as an international partner to host a Proof of Concept (POC) for ISTQB’s new certification – Advanced Agile Test Leadership at Scale.
Proof of Concept
The syllabus is currently in a BETA version, and for the first time within the ISTQB framework, the syllabus and materials will be tested in a real-world setting. Therefore, a one-day POC course will be conducted in collaboration with Trifork QI.
The course will take place on November 19, 2021, in Ballerup.

The course ISTQB Advanced Agile Test Leadership at Scale focuses on how to organize and improve quality and testing across teams in an agile organization. With this knowledge, you can influence your organization toward a value-driven quality mindset and culture. During the course, you will gain:
- An understanding of why a quality assistance approach is better suited to agile organizations than traditional quality assurance
- An introduction to key competencies required to implement a quality assistance approach
- Insight into how agile test leadership can help increase product quality using lean and agile methods, e.g., value stream mapping
- Methods for improving testing and quality through continuous improvement and systems thinking
Target Audience
This course is intended for professionals working in organizations aiming to achieve scaled and business agility and who already have a solid understanding of agile and agile testing. You may, for example, be a Test Manager, Test Analyst, QA Coach, Test Lead, Project Manager, Release Train Engineer, or Scrum Master. It is a requirement to hold both an ISTQB Foundation and an ISTQB Agile Tester Extension certification. Additionally, participants must have at least three years of practical experience working in an agile organization.
