Terms and Conditions

1. Course fee payment
Immediately after course participation is confirmed, a full invoice will be sent to the address given during the course registration.
Payment terms: 15 days.
The price under each course is including exam fee but excluding VAT.
2. Conditions for open courses cancellation
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 weeks before the start of the course.
- A 50 percent charge out of the course fee is imposed on cancellations later than 7 weeks before the start of the course,
3. Conditions for change of date
- For certification courses: change of date is free of charge until 4 weeks prior to the course. For changes made at a later stage, it will cost 20 percent of the invoiced course fee.
- For other courses: change of date is free of charge until 2 weeks before the course starts. For changes made at a later stage, it will cost 20 percent of the invoiced course fee.
In the case of special course (private course) that is tailor made to charter your specific needs, rules and conditions are specified in the agreement accordingly.
4. Conditions for course cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel course due to low enrollment. You will be offered to participate at a later date or get the entire course fee refunded.
